Senior Payroll Specialist


Opis stanowiska:

Due to growth and further expansion of our client, an international retail company I am currently looking for an ambitious, detailed driven and goal oriented individual for a position: 

                                                   Senior Payroll Specialist 

Main responsibilities:

  • Organize, coordinate and lead the HR administration process
  • Support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations
  • Consult employees on complex salary and employment related questions
  • Handle changes in labor law and internal policies (implementation in HR systems  all required documents)
  • Support Staff Director in employee life cycle handling, including benefits, and legal aspects
  • Coordinate small personnel administration team to ensure effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed for the purpose of being timely and accurate
  • Internal financial and operational reporting

Main requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience (personnel administration & payroll)
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Knowledge of Polish regulations related to personnel administration and payroll
  • Knowledge of Płatnik and ZFŚS
  • Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail
