Opis stanowiska:
Your tasks:
- cooperating with big brands form retail and banking sector
- provide software and hardware solutions to the customer
- registering tickets in internal system
- advise customers on appropriate actions on the phone
- coordinating field services visit with customers
- cooperate with upper levels of technical support
- developing product data base
- taking care to maintain high quality of service

Wymagania:
What we need from you:
- excellent communication skills in Russian
- good command of English (speech and writing)
- willingness to work in the shift system
- knowledge of MS Office package
- ability to diagnose basic hardware and software issues
- interest in IT area and readiness to develop in that field
- knowledge of IT topics and computer components will be an advantage
