HR Coordinator

Our Client - global company providing services for the biggest international corporations - may have an offer for you!

HR Administrator with fluent English

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing a full administrative support service to the UK HR Business Partnering team
  • First point of contact for all HR administration staff queries
  • Producing reference letters including: mortgage/tenancy references; employment references; and business visa letters in a timely and accurate manner
  • Arranging business cards for existing staff
  • Holiday and salary calculations
  • Arrange room bookings and video conference
  • Proactively liaise with multiple recruitment agencies and direct applicants regarding the interview process
  • First point of contact for all HR administration staff queries
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects as required


  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Minimum one year experience of working in a HR department within corporate environment or professional services organisation (SSC/BPO sector)
  • Experience in managing high volumes of administration
  • Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to details, consistency and quality
  • Excellent customer/client facing skills
  • Availability to work in hours: 10.15 AM - 6.30 PM (due to cooperation with UK division)
