Engineering Manager

For our Client – an international production company, we are looking for the best Candidate for the position of Engineering Manager.

Engineering Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the all activities of the manufacturing process of engineering and maintenance functions for the organization. Will be responsible for managing engineering and maintenance people to plan and design methods to maintain, improve or enhance existing manufacturing processes. 
Engineering Manager will be responsible for development and validation of new production processes as well as the upgrade of existing production processes and ensures effective transition in to production standard practices. Leading different projects and improvements initiative as well required continuous improvement approach. Engineering Manager will cooperate with management of different levels, production staff and external contractors to ensure all products are producible, as well as assists in analyzing and reviewing manufacturing budgets, schedules, and production requirements to determine the most cost effective and efficient methods of obtaining necessary resources. Engineering Manager also develops and recommends revisions or enhancements to schedules, human and cost resource allocations, and production standard operating procedures.


  • Own the vision for the engineering and maintenance people and assuring that all team members are aligned with vision
  • Lead the engineering and maintenance people 
  • Ensure proper operations of production lines
  • Participation in recruitment processes
  • Leading and participating in engineering projects
  • Utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to facilitate manufacturing processes improvements
  • Working closely with senior management team, different production staff and external companies to drive the operation forward
  • Responsible for all aspects of auditing, reporting on, and revising of the engineering and maintenance systems
  • Reporting efficiency of implemented solutions

We are looking for:

  • Minimum: Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical/Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing or Industrial Technology.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in production company or in automotive business on similar position
  • Strong experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment and ability to lead engineering and maintenance teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in project management
  • Good project planning and scheduling skills
  • Experience in people management
  • Knowledge and experience in modern lean techniques in a manufacturing environment
  • Good presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results orientated and can work prioritize workload with minimal supervision
  • Person with ability to:

- Communicate effectively (verbal & written) within the department, plant and regional organizations

- Ability to analyze problems quickly and development of corrective actions

- Make quick decisions in emergency situations

- Travel International when needed
