Customer Service Specialist with Czech&Slovak


Opis stanowiska:

You will:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information about products
  • Process orders, forms and applications, identify and execute up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Complete call logs and produce call reports in the CRM system
  • Orientate and convert customers to the web
  • From time to time make outbound sales / canvassing / survey / book meeting calls

What do we expect from you?

  • Proficiency in Czech&Slovak language
  • Ability to communicate in English - you would have to communicate with your colleagues from all over the world
  • Minimum high school degree
  • Experience in customer service (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Curiosity - willingness to learn and search for possibilities to innovate
  • Motivation and positive attitude
