Customer Service Specialist with Czech&Slovak
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information about products
- Process orders, forms and applications, identify and execute up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Complete call logs and produce call reports in the CRM system
- Orientate and convert customers to the web
- From time to time make outbound sales / canvassing / survey / book meeting calls

What do we expect from you?
- Proficiency in Czech&Slovak language
- Ability to communicate in English - you would have to communicate with your colleagues from all over the world
- Minimum high school degree
- Experience in customer service (nice to have)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Curiosity - willingness to learn and search for possibilities to innovate
- Motivation and positive attitude
