Administrative Assistant (Learning & Development)

I am looking for a candidate who as a Learning & Development Administrator will be supporting the implementation of the L&D strategy, new initiatives and programmes in order to provide high quality, business focused professional development to all staff within my client company.


  • Assisting the Learning & Development team with organization and administration of training courses and events (booking dates, equipment,  notifying delegates, sending out joining instructions, monitoring attendance and distributing feedback forms)
  • Processing all Learning & Development invoices to obtain appropriate authorisation and reconciling the L&D budget tracker against monthly financial reports
  • Providing administrative support for e-learning/online training tools
  • Providing first line information on all Learning & Development related matters
  • Updating the Learning & Development department portal information


  • Advanced knowledge of English (B2+/C1) is a must
  • Strong focus on accuracy, attention to details
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in a global company HR, Administration or Learning & Development division
